This memorial is dedicated to all New York State EMS personnel who have lost their lives in the line of duty since 1960. It consists of a parge granite slab with a "Tree of Life" etched into it. Each leave is actually a stainless steel star of life that is engraved with the name of a fallen EMS responder and the agency they worked for. The memorial is standing in a garden with shrubs and plaques.
