This beautiful memorial was built by the firefighters themselves after the loss of two firefighters. The two were killed in an explosion while searching for children reportedly trapped in a residential fire in 2005. A third firefightere was seriously injurred during a rescue attempt.

The memorial consists of an impressive stone wall and patio. On the wall are plaques dedicated to each of the men as well as a plaque containing the firefighter's prayer. The wall has a slight arch to it. In the center of the arch is a polished fire bell that sits atop a stone pedestal designed to match the wall.
