Notes:

A 39 foot tall steel firehyfrant standing on a concrete base. This claims to be the largest fire hydrant in the world. I'll take their word on that. Something tells me it's not operational, but imagine the volume you could get out of that thing! Aka "Busted" Plug because the thing appears to be leaning heavily to one side.

Sorry for the poor picture quality. It's all I could find.
