A fountain named after late Fire Chief David Campbell, who lost his life in the line of duty in 1911. The monument has since been dedicated to all Portland firefighters who have given their lives in service.

The monument is a large, raised limestone patio. It is triangular in shape. One side is steps, the other two are benches. In the corner between the benches is a bronze plaque that pictures Chief Davis. The fountain is located directly below the plaque.
